DE PRINSENWERF

The building “De Prinsenwerf” was built in 2002 by StudioY Architects, and consists of 6 houses.  StudioY has been inspired by the architecture of the shipwharf which was operating on this location until 2000. A large part of the building is below water level. StudioY’s clever design has ensured plenty of daylight in the basement. De Prinsenwerf has it’s own communal jetty that is used as sundeck.

 

 

 

 

INTERIOR DESIGN

HofmanDujardin architects have created the interior design, with a light and modern signature. High standard lightning and faucets like Flos, Moooi, Modular and Dornbracht.
